Refund policy
Overview
Frightmare Collectibles accepts returns only for items that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues or in cases of fulfillment errors where an incorrect item was shipped.
Approved returns may be exchanged for the same item only, subject to availability. Refunds are not offered, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where we determine a refund is the appropriate resolution.
We may request photographs or additional information to verify eligibility before approving any return, exchange, or refund.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.
Eligible reasons include:

Incorrect item shipped due to fulfillment error
Requests outside these reasons may be declined.
Refund Options
When a refund is approved or required by law, refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Approved refund methods include:

Store credit, where permitted by law and agreed upon by the customer
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternative payment methods.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will cover return shipping costs

For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

In the same condition as received

Unused, unaltered, and unmodified

Returned with original packaging, inserts, and accessories when applicable
The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund:

Minor paint variations or cosmetic imperfections

Minor dents, dings, or surface scratches

Packaging wear, shelf wear, or minor box damage
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request clear photos of:

The item

Inner packaging

Outer shipping box
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
We will:

Arrange shipment of the correct item (subject to availability)

Provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you

Issue a refund only if a replacement is unavailable or legally required
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same item only

Subject to availability

Must be requested within 15 days of delivery
We do not offer exchanges for different products, variants, or substitutions.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and final determination.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order sales are final.
Frightmare Collectibles does not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on pre-order items. Please review all pre-order details carefully before placing your order.
